p2jl Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the p2jl website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at p2jl.net.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access real-money gaming services on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-withdrawable balance granted under a promotion, distinct from real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations before withdrawals may be processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory authority that licenses and oversees legal online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from it may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable law, or from which p2jl does not accept registrations.

By accessing the p2jl Platform, clicking "Register", completing the account registration form, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies that form part of the overall agreement between you and p2jl, including but not limited to:

• The p2jl Privacy Policy, which governs collection and use of your personal data.
• The p2jl Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines available player protection tools.
• Individual game rules, which govern the specific conduct and payout rules of each game offered on the Platform.
• Specific promotion terms, which apply to individual bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournaments.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern with respect to that promotion only.

Use of the p2jl Platform and registration of an Account is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as set by PAGCOR, and p2jl enforces it without exception.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless you are a Filipino national temporarily abroad and accessing a jurisdiction that permits online gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a p2jl employee, contractor, director, or a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the p2jl Platform or had an Account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by p2jl or referred to p2jl by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a p2jl Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, a valid email address, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a date of birth. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or another person's identity during registration.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the p2jl Platform. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per IP address where p2jl has reasonable grounds to suspect shared usage. Creating duplicate Accounts — for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all related Accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p2jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. p2jl will never request your password via live chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify p2jl support immediately at support p2jl.net. p2jl will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time p2jl deems necessary in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements — you will be required to complete KYC identity verification. Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• SSS ID, UMID, or GSIS ID
• Driver's License issued by the LTO
• Philippine Passport
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID
• Voter's ID issued by the COMELEC

p2jl may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and number) to confirm that deposits originate from payment instruments you own.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p2jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). p2jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the p2jl cashier section and may vary by payment method. p2jl reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is completed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one business day. Withdrawal requests are subject to p2jl's internal review process; requests flagged for additional review may take longer. p2jl will communicate any delays to the affected player via their registered email.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. If a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds remain active in the Account and wagering requirements are unmet, the pending Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Real-money Balance will not be affected by this forfeiture.

5.5 Funds Security

Player funds held in p2jl Accounts are maintained separately from p2jl's operational funds. This segregation ensures that your Balance is protected from p2jl's commercial activities and is available for withdrawal upon your request, subject to verification requirements.

p2jl offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific rollover amount will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagered within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Each player may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple instances of the same bonus will result in permanent bans.
• p2jl reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including retroactively if evidence of abuse is identified.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure, use of automated betting software, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the p2jl Platform operate under certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by the RNG or the physical actions of the live dealer — p2jl does not and cannot intervene in or alter game outcomes.

7.1 Game Results are Final

All game results, once confirmed by the Platform's system, are final. Technical malfunctions that result in a game being unable to complete will result in the wager for that round being refunded to the player's Account. Winnings generated prior to a malfunction are not guaranteed and are subject to review.

7.2 RTP Information

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available within the game information panel of each title. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return to players across a large volume of game rounds and is not a guarantee of individual session results.

7.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets on p2jl — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and e-sports — are governed by the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact time of placement; late bets placed after an event outcome is determined will be voided.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the p2jl Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) or related regulations.
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent GCash or Maya accounts, or any unauthorized payment instrument to deposit funds.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in card games or coordinating betting patterns to extract promotional value.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward p2jl support staff or other players in any chat feature of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary systems of the Platform.

All content on the p2jl Platform — including but not limited to the p2jl brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphic elements, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of p2jl or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from p2jl. Unauthorized use of p2jl's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

p2jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how p2jl collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information are set out in the p2jl Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to p2jl processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing it with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with payment processors and KYC service providers as necessary to operate the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p2jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from the interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond p2jl's reasonable control (force majeure).

p2jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against a deposit made to p2jl.
• Direction from PAGCOR or a relevant Philippine law enforcement authority to restrict or close the Account.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, p2jl will conduct a review of the Account balance. Real-money funds confirmed as legitimately deposited and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements or bonus abuse findings will be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may contact p2jl support at any time. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

p2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and supporting players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your p2jl Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic session duration alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified length of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the p2jl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and may be extended to a lifetime exclusion upon request.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay showing your net win/loss for the current session, total session time, and your balance.

p2jl staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players exhibiting patterns associated with gambling harm. In such cases, p2jl may impose account restrictions or mandatory cooling-off periods as a protective measure.

p2jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p2jl will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or for urgent security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at p2jl.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Your real-money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact p2jl's support team at support p2jl.net to attempt to resolve the matter informally. p2jl will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and work in good faith to reach a resolution within 14 business days.

15.2 Regulatory Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing p2jl's operations in the Philippines. Details on PAGCOR's complaint process are available on PAGCOR's official website. p2jl will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led dispute resolution process.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to Section 15.2 above, both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the informal or regulatory processes described above.
